I’ve been developing a pack of resources to help figure out a self care strategy. There are multiple ways to figure out a routine of self care, and sometimes it can be difficult to both set the time aside and to know where to start. The SelfCare Backpack is a set of templates and guidance that can point you in the right direction to start. The pack comes with instructions for each part, as well as a suggested starting place, and where to go from there.
